About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and ensuring the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to maximize profitability and product penetration in the finance department.
  • Manage and track portfolios with lenders to ensure timely and compliant deal processing.
  • Oversee the flow of paperwork in the finance department to ensure efficient and timely turnaround on all deals.
  • Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Work closely with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods and set finance department work schedules.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
