Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market sensing and strategy plans to articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies and define segment value propositions that beat the competition.
  • Develop product roadmaps that align with business strategy and design go-to-market strategies, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, cost reduction, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead a team of Regional Product Managers and Junior Product Managers globally across three regions – AMS, EMEA, and APAC.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, with 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management or technical sales.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience is preferred.
  • Relevant product/industry experience in Solar and experience leading a team of direct reports.

Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000 - $225,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
