**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our worship services at The Summit Church. This role will be responsible for overseeing the production of our Sunday services, including audio, video, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of volunteer teams and ensure they have the necessary training and equipment to execute services effectively.
  • Oversee the scheduling of volunteers and sound technicians for all services and campus-specific events.
  • Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate with central support as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects and larger troubleshooting efforts.
  • Lead quality and training of sound technicians for weekend services and special events.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar production role.
  • High proficiency in all AVL equipment and software involved in producing weekly worship gatherings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix production problems.
  • Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
