About the Role

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the State of Texas.
  • Previous experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
  • CPR-BLS certification required; PALS certification within one year of employment.
