Role ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients and their families, tailored to their specific needs. This role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional customer service, sound clinical judgment, and decision-making skills based on evidence-based practices.
Key Qualifications- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Education: Associate's degree is required.
- Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is mandatory.
- Licensure: A current license to practice in the State of Texas (RCP) is essential.
- CPR Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
