Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a Rehab Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients.
  • Educate patients and families about necessary treatments, expectations for progress, and discharge instructions.
  • Participate in development and implementation of plan of care.
  • Communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention, and promote collaboration within the health team.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Associate Degree.
