Position OverviewAs a vital member of our healthcare team, the Inpatient Rehabilitation RN will be instrumental in the recovery journey of patients. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to individuals recuperating from various medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient needs and conditions to develop tailored care plans.
- Care Implementation: Execute individualized care strategies to promote optimal recovery.
- Supportive Environment: Ensure a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to healing.
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour shifts
- Employment Type: Staff
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant nursing role
- Licensure: Current RN license from the State of Practice
