Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management
    • Process cash transactions, including cashing checks, paying out winnings, and handling currency exchange.
    • Verify signatures, written and numerical amounts, and examine checks for dates, bank names, and identification.
    • Utilize computer systems to run necessary programs and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons and internal staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling and Security
    • Count and reconcile cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
    • Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activity.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer transactions and adhere to all gaming and federal regulations.
  • Operational Support
    • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
