Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect assigned areas, including patient rooms, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other areas of the hospital and off-site facilities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate a commitment to satisfying customer needs and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Procedures and Schedules: Follow established procedures and schedules for cleaning and disinfecting, including the use of appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Select and transport cleaning materials and supplies to work areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate small electrical equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, and other equipment as needed.
  • Trash and Linen Management: Collect and distribute soiled and clean linens, as well as collect trash and waste from all areas of the hospital.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain proper attendance and punctuality, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
Working Conditions

Job responsibilities involve working in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
