Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Chrysler Technician to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing accurate and timely vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues.
  • Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Document all repair and maintenance work performed, including parts used and labor time.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated completion times.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
  • Current ASE Certifications, Stellantis training preferred.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (min 2 years).
  • Must be willing to submit a background screening.
