About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of agency operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and financial reports to drive continuous improvement and achieve optimal operational efficiency.
