About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and oversight to the agency, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

  • Operational Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of agency operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
