Job Summary:

This Senior Operations Analyst role is ideal for someone who is passionate about process improvement, data analysis, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EDI Process Optimization:
    • Analyze EDI processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
    • Develop and maintain EDI standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Inventory Feed Management:
    • Set up and manage inventory feed SKUs for customers in the D365 EDI module.
    • Provide sales teams with accurate inventory feed files.
  • GXS & Intertrade Catalogue Management:
    • Install and manage new certificates, set up selection codes, and assign customers.
  • Problem Research & Resolution:
    • Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting issues across multiple teams.
    • Address and resolve problems related to orders, shipping, RMAs, pricing, and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft D365 and True Commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, PTO, 401K, and Health Benefits.
