Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Teleperformance USA, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and troubleshooting problems. About the Role:

In this role, you will interact with customers via phone, email, or instant message, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, with a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer support to customers via telephone and/or Internet
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues
* Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services
* Troubleshoot customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
* Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues
* Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information
* Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Typing 25 WPM
* Proficient in PC operation and navigation
* Ability to work on-site in Bristol, TN
* Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
