About the Role:
As the Sr. Customer Operations & EDI Analyst, you will be at the heart of their digital operations, ensuring seamless Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, managing critical inventory data, and resolving complex challenges across various departments. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our sales, customer service, and technical teams to deliver flawless customer experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
EDI Management:
- Lead new EDI customer onboarding, including reviewing specifications, customer master data, and assisting True Commerce in creating, testing, and certifying EDI maps, packing lists, and labels.
- Oversee the review and release of first inbound and outbound documents, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers.
- Monitor True Commerce mailboxes for inbound and outbound errors, resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze and manage EDI 824 and 864 documents, distribute reports, and correct database errors when necessary.
- Collaborate with True Commerce on mapping maintenance, aligning changes with current specifications and outputs.
- Set up and manage inventory feed (846) SKUs for customers in the D365 EDI module, updating and troubleshooting as required.
- Provide sales teams with accurate inventory feed files, ensuring seamless product availability data.
- Install and manage new certificates, set up selection codes, assign customers, and resolve SKU errors within these catalogues.
- Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting issues across multiple teams, including Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Wholesale customers.
- Address and resolve problems related to orders, shipping, RMAs, pricing, EDI processes, ASN, and invoices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze data errors, address chargebacks, and assist with credit or claims resolutions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft D365 and True Commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
