Job Summary

The Sales Growth Specialist role at Staples is a dynamic opportunity to drive sales growth in the public sector and commercial market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building territory penetration strategies, analyzing individual performance, and developing programs to orchestrate sales growth.

This position requires a highly driven and results-oriented individual with strong communication and persuasion skills. You will leverage your expertise to strategize, grow, and close growth-based opportunities, working closely with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.

Key Tasks
  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers while building programs to orchestrate sales growth in the public sector (SLED) and commercial market.
  • Develop and execute territory penetration strategy, continuously analyze individual performance and shift strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential, routing opportunities to fellow sales team members based on sales qualifiers.
