Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also have the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store and metric goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and communicate this information to staff members.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
