We offer a base salary ranging from $35,300 to $39,600, complemented by monthly uncapped commissions and bonuses, which can lead to an average first-year income of $43,400-$54,800.Role Summary:
The successful candidate will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. - Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads and opportunities through multiple channels, including online leads, referrals, cold calling, networking, and events.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by fostering relationships, using a consultative approach, and overcoming objections to meet sales targets.
- Offer exceptional customer service by engaging in active listening, identifying client needs, and providing prompt, professional responses to queries and concerns, aiming to establish long-term relationships and promote repeat business through strategic cross-selling initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to remain competitive and effective in the field.
Essential Qualifications:
- Background in Sales, preferably with experience in the insurance sector, though not mandatory. Success has also been seen in industries such as Retail, Cell Phone or Car Sales, Leasing Specialists, Hospitality, and Convenience Stores.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities.
- Outstanding time management, organization, and flexibility, enabling you to prioritize tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
