Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Participate in a 2-week classroom-style training class to learn the ins and outs of our technology and how to troubleshoot common requests.
  • Work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Professional and strong written skills for documentation and end-user communication.
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm.
  • Entry-level IT experience or similar education/knowledge.
