Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including bulldozers, backhoes, and garbage trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, including overhauls, engine replacements, and transmission repairs
- Diagnose and identify problems with heavy equipment
- Test components and systems using equipment such as compression gauges and infrared engine analyzers
- Adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications
- Perform safety and emissions inspections
Requirements:
- Experience with hydraulics
