About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in your community.

Salary Information:
This role comes with a competitive salary of around $85,000 per year, paid for 40 hours despite working 36. You'll also enjoy a rich benefit package, including tuition assistance, 401(k) matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Assertive Community Treatment team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Input data into electronic medical records and see services through to completion.
  • Monitor medication compliance and ensure timely refills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
