Job Title: Regional Sales Manager CNC Machine Tools

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales territory by meeting annual quotas, building customer relationships, and maintaining accurate reporting in C4C.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet annual sales targets and develop and manage sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct customer visits at least 3 days a week, with a minimum of 2 visits per day, totaling 24 visits per month.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, visiting current clients at least twice a year.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations to both existing customers and new prospects, following up promptly on all leads and quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer information in C4C, tracking all customer visits, quotations, opportunities, and tasks.
  • Manage project requests to ensure all customer requirements are met, reporting market trends and competitor activities to the corporate office.
  • Oversee, train, and assist sales agents in securing new business, organizing monthly product demonstrations for customers in Novi, Michigan.
  • Record daily visit activities and opportunity statuses in C4C for accurate reporting, completing Sales Information Sheets for new orders with necessary contact details and scope of supply.
  • Handle documentation for scheduling time cycle studies, cutting trials, and demonstrations, coordinating with management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in the machine tool industry.
  • Regional Sales manager experience, with a strong background in sales and customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a willingness to conduct regular customer visits and international travel.
