GPAC is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Tool Specialist to join our team. As a CNC Machine Tool Specialist, you will provide on-site and telephone support for customers regarding maintenance, repair, and installation of CNC machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and telephone support for customers regarding maintenance, repair, and installation of CNC machine tools.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Assist in product development by training end customers' Service Engineers on the installation and maintenance of new product lines.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication and customer service relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
  • Knowledge of metalworking, installation, repairs, and programming/operating CNC machines with 3, 5, or 7 axes.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams.
