Job Title: Adobe Campaign Specialist

Join our team as an Adobe Campaign Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in marketing automation, campaign management, and digital marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and deploying emails, tracking delivery metrics, enhancing capabilities, and monitoring daily operational processes related to the application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business growth through the creation and deployment of emails, tracking of delivery metrics, enhancement of capabilities, and monitoring of daily operational processes related to the application.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure that Adobe Campaign workflows and automations are working properly and integrations are functioning as intended.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to act as the subject matter expert for the Adobe Campaign platform, making informed decisions based on best practices, and provide efficient solutions to meet the business need.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure operational excellence in marketing automation.
  • Write and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, and high-level integration and data flows where necessary.
  • Handle day-to-day workflow (monitoring operational processes within Adobe Campaign and related tools).
  • Support activities including requirements gathering, technical discussions, creation of marketing automation workflows, campaign performance reports, and system functionality or integration.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on marketing automation, creation of multichannel marketing automation campaigns, digital marketing best practices, marketing strategy, campaign testing, application and data maintenance, configuration, and support.
  • Subject matter expert in the Adobe Campaign platform and preferably knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools.
  • Prior experience orchestrating and building out successful marketing automation campaigns inclusive of tracking metrics.
  • Ability to work well independently with little to no oversight and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attitude and positive demeanor, great relationship management ability, able to manage time effectively, and possesses a strong process improvement mindset.
  • Experience collaborating in a regulated team development environment, with full separation of environment and responsibilities.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront marketing project management tool, JavaScript, and other languages is an added plus.
