Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our construction management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project-specific CM teams, including GEI staff and sub-consultants.
  • Develop and implement Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Health and Safety Plans.
  • Communicate and coordinate with project participants, including clients, designers, contractors, and regulators.
  • Supervise and provide feedback on staff performance.
  • Mentor and guide GEI staff to develop their CM skills.

Requirements:

  • Either Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California or Qualified as Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 25 years or more of previous related professional experience.
  • Experience with Construction Management of water resources projects in California.
