Job Summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for managing regulatory proceedings for assigned cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory directives and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the regulatory process, collaborating with managers and directors as necessary
• Develop relationships to collaborate externally with stakeholders to further the company's objectives
• Review and assist subject matter experts with development of testimony, work papers and discovery responses, settlement documents and communications materials
• Continually look for and recommend process improvements
• Ensure all compliance items are identified, tracked, monitored and implemented
• Review and summarize proposed decisions and other regulatory filings; considering the impact of a case developments on the company overall, provide insight into implications and make recommendations of possible courses of action relating to case comments and/or proposed decisions; and recommend changes in case strategy resulting from anticipated or unanticipated decisions, developments, comments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 total years of relevant experience
• Experience in regulatory/policy, analytics, project management, case management, financial, and/or corporate communications experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong public speaking and presentations skills to effectively communicate to various levels of employees, including senior leadership
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze and interpret regulatory documents and understand implications to company
• Strong influence and persuasion skills with leadership

What We Offer

Pacific Gas and Electric Company offers a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $146,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from your remote office and assigned work location based on business need.
