Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in a long-term care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents, including performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs, and providing emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Contribute to a positive environment by fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and education to maintain your skills and knowledge in geriatric care.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
