Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a Critical Care Nurse to work with Magnet Medical, a dynamic and nimble company that is committed to delivering exceptional results. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will work with Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities across the United States, providing top-notch care to patients in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and as defined by the healthcare facility in their unit-specific job description.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Previous work experience as an RN, preferably in a Critical Care setting.
  • Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This opportunity requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of $2,247 per week, paid biweekly. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
