### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Practice Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective operations of employed physicians at assigned facilities, collaborating with Division Leadership and individual facility leadership, while partnering with Physician Service Market Director teams on implementing strategy and initiatives for practice operations and growth.

### Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Division Leadership and individual facility leadership to develop and implement effective operations strategies for employed physicians at assigned facilities.
- Partner with Physician Service Market Director teams to implement practice operations and growth initiatives.
- Oversee the management and operations within the department, making decisions that impact the management and operations of the team.
- Provide and set goals and priorities for the functional area, making recommendations for department policies, practices, and programs.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, including task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

### Requirements

- **Minimum Education**: Bachelor's Degree.
- **Certifications**: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or FACMPE preferred.
- **Minimum Work Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in physician practice management or similar healthcare setting.
- **Required Skills**:
1. Business Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
2. Advanced Computer Skills: Routine use of electronic mail and computer systems. Ability to incorporate complex and complicated functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.
3. Complex Communication: Frequently communicates complex information and interacts with management. Can present, resolve, and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.
4. Varied Business Problems: Problems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedent and practices.
5. Department Specific: Decisions impact the management and operations within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department.
6. Functional Independent Judgement: Provides and sets goals and priorities for functional area. May make recommendations for department policies, practices, and programs. Makes decisions for and/or resolves problems for others.
7. Project Planning/Organization: Handle multiple projects simultaneously including task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.

### Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
