The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting client endpoints. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing knowledge gaps, performing all job functions consistent with client policies and procedures, and assisting with IT infrastructure improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot client endpoints
  • Identify and close knowledge gaps
  • Perform all job functions consistent with client policies and procedures
  • Assist with IT infrastructure improvements
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support
  • Interact with IT service providers and client stakeholders
  • Provide technical assistance to client staff concerning the use of computer hardware and software
  • Configure workstations and user accounts
  • Provide equipment and services orientation to new employees
  • Facilitate help desk ticket resolution
  • Maintain equipment and software inventory
  • Coordinate the purchase of new workstations, software, and license renewals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related degree
  • Experience with Mac and Windows client operating systems and troubleshooting problems with Mac and Windows related software
  • Experience with Endpoint Security software, including Configuration / deployment management tools and Endpoint Detection and Response Tools
  • Solid understanding of network connectivity, wireless, and wired
  • Familiarity with aviation and Part 139 airports a plus
  • Automation and central deployment experience
  • Strong analytical and deep-dive problem-solving skills
  • Understand ITIL Concepts and IT Service Management tooling
  • Management and deployment experience of 3rd party software platforms and solutions
  • Vendor management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong orientation to customer service
