Job Title: Environmental Coordinator

At Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the development and administration of safety programs and policies to ensure company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update safety documents, including JSA's, SOP's, and policies.
  • Conduct safety inspections and training to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist in implementing safety programs, such as HazCom, PPE, Fall Protection, and LOTO.
  • Support injury investigations and corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform emergency equipment inspections, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
  • Assist with facility permits and recordkeeping to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the SDS program for maintenance and non-product chemicals.
  • Monitor safety in production and warehouse areas to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, sanitation, and food safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, biology, microbiology, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and EPA regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present information effectively to managers, employees, and clients.
  • Ability to travel to any company facility as required, sometimes with same-day notice.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record and required insurance limits.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
