As a pediatric specialist, you will be part of a synergistic team environment with multiple pediatricians and advanced practice providers at each site. Our shared outpatient-only call schedule ensures a low 1:8 rotation, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. We also offer competitive compensation packages, including clinical base salary, quality metrics incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance.
