Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Connecticut Children's. This is a clinical position with opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, and clinical program development. Our philosophy is to provide evidence-based, high-intensity, family-centered, compassionate care in our 18-bed PICU.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing healthcare in pediatric critical care settings and demonstrated teaching and leadership potential. We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering vital and lifesaving care to children and their families throughout the region. You will work closely with our independent pediatric residency program, teaching Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellows and medical students, and contributing to our commitment to teaching as one of the core values of our division.
