Job Description

As a Program/Project Manager at First Tek, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business process models and performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on process efficiency and maintain process documentation.
  • Strategic Planning: Align operational processes with the company's overall business objectives and set deadlines for actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Address and resolve issues that arise during the project.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, conflict resolution skills, risk management skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Preferred Skills: SAFe certification.
