Job Title: Program Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Therapist to join our team at Reasons Eating Disorder Center. As a Program Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic treatment to our patients and helping them achieve their optimal level of emotional health.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents in meeting their biopsychosocial needs through individual therapy, psych diagnostic assessment, and teaching.
  • Provide crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, group therapy, and milieu management.
  • Offer information and referrals as needed to support our patients' recovery.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and experience working with eating disorders populations is preferred.
