About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement Lead to join our Strategy & Execution team within the Global Operations Strategic Solutions organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in addressing pressing challenges facing Global Operations.

Our team specializes in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the operations space. We provide the central direction and framework to drive momentum across a broad set of stakeholders.

We prioritize the needs for our Global Operations leaders, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives (aka Programs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and deliver results for high priority programs by working in project teams spanning businesses and support functions.
  • Develop strategy to stand up programs (e.g., define problem, structure an approach) and create a successful path to delivery (e.g., define workstreams, milestones, and timing).
  • Work alongside senior leaders as a strategic partner, navigating a highly matrixed environment.
  • Provide executive-level communications to key stakeholders on progress, findings, and recommendations via succinct presentations and storytelling.
  • Guide a team through ambiguous and complex situations, while serving as a coach/advisor to team members as part of their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strategy and Planning experience in a consulting firm or internal strategy team, managing large initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to drive problem solving for complex questions (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions).
  • Ability to build a story for executive-level communications based on progress and findings.
  • Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
