We are currently seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing and will be pivotal in crafting a comprehensive growth strategy that elevates brand visibility, engagement, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and optimize all current growth marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, CRM/SMS/Email, and CTV.
  • Continuously assess and refine Paid Media initiatives based on market trends, consumer behavior, and economic indicators to ensure objectives are met or adjusted proactively.
  • Oversee a marketing budget exceeding $6 million, reallocating resources based on performance metrics to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and explore new acquisition avenues to integrate into the Rugs USA Growth Marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, test, and implement innovative paid and organic marketing channels as part of a holistic growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Web Analytics Analyst to analyze data and trends, taking decisive actions to meet sales targets.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage relationships with external Paid Media Agency partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks aimed at achieving overall business objectives, direct-to-consumer sales, and revenue goals based on historical insights and market analysis.
  • Work in tandem with brand marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that drive growth.
  • Partner with CRM leads to significantly enhance customer segmentation and personalization strategies, improving retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Lead and develop the skills of the web analyst, continuously enhancing the organization’s understanding of Growth Marketing strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with all paid performance marketing channels (Google, Paid Social, Affiliates, etc.), with a solid grasp of emerging trends and capabilities.
  • Over 6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • A proven history of formulating and executing high-impact, creative, multi-channel growth strategies.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house performance marketing management.
  • Significant expertise in building CRM practices and driving customer file growth and lifetime value through effective segmentation and personalization across various channels.
  • Experience in optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Data-driven and agile, with a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience in hiring, managing, and nurturing a high-performing team.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, a growth mindset, and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
