Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct engineering teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve engineering practices.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer Certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Master's degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of increasing responsibility in a precast-pre-stressed engineering environment.
  • Experience with building/parking garage design, IBC building codes, PCI and ACI design requirements.
  • Limited travel to job sites (approximately 1-4x/mo).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT or other 3D modeling programs.
