At StarPlus Energy, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our Finance Treasury Team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and managing cash flow activities to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Monitor daily cash flow activities and analyze variances against forecasts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights required for accurate cash flow projections.
- Prepare and present cash flow reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze trends, potential cash flow issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, and assist in the implementation of best practices.
- Support the Treasury team in managing liquidity, optimizing cash reserves, and planning for financial contingencies.
- Assist in the development of cash management strategies and perform scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on cash flow.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect cash flow forecasting and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field/experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international).
- Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and treasury operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Must have strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry.
- Korean English proficiency.
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals.
- Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function.
- Ability to lift up to 15+ pounds.
