Warehouse Specialist Job Description

At StarPlus Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse functions, including receiving, distribution, and maintenance operations, to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements while maintaining health, safety, and security standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and statistics, including IN/OUT status reports and dead stock reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Train and manage team members from outsourced staffing suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory status for external and internal warehouses and reconcile with data storage systems (IWMS, SAP).
  • Communicate with relevant departments to prevent material shortages.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel, with reasonable prior notice, as required (domestic and/or international).
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Documentation skills utilizing MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Minimum 3 years of auto industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Bilingual English/Korean.
  • Extensive knowledge in data analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, or other database applications.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goals.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and database.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work around potential exposure to dust and chemicals.
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function.
