Position Summary:

StarPlus Energy LLC is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions to optimize financial performance.

The Treasury Manager will work closely with the Controller & Treasury Director to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily cash position and analyzing short-term cash flows
  • Executing cash settlements in the banking platform
  • Supporting liquidity needs across the organization
  • Tracking forecast to actual cash flow variances
  • Coordinating with the cash forecast team for near-term changes to cash flows
  • Closely tracking and managing Federal funding KPI's, covenants, and debt borrowing documentation
  • Supervising risk management (insurance) operations
  • Derivatives management (low volume)
  • Shareholders cash reporting

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel with reasonable prior notice (domestic and/or international)
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Treasury, Cash Forecast, Internal Controls & SAP experience

Preferred:

  • CTP or MBA preferred
  • HFM experience

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Ability to work in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
