Marketing Leader, Accounting Solutions

Ramp is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our App Center, app integrations, and accounting automation software. This role requires a strong marketing professional who can develop and execute strategic marketing plans to position Ramp as a leader in the financial operations space.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to position Ramp as a leader in the financial operations space
- Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant canonical messaging
- Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create compelling hooks
- Be a technical expert on our integrations to help create resonant messaging and support the rollout and enablement of new and existing integrations
- Act as the voice of the customer; generate customer and market insights to inform Product's roadmap for refining Ramp's accounting automation and integration strategy
- Build and maintain close, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including those in Product, Sales, Account Management, Partner Marketing, Growth, and more
- Enable our go-to-market teams by identifying and delivering assets, programs, and campaigns to assist them in prospective customer conversations
- Design and execute campaigns across a variety of channels to show prospective customers the value of Ramp and drive customer adoption of high-value integrations
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in product marketing
- Familiarity and experience with ERPs and/or accounting platforms (i.e. Netsuite, Sage, Xero, etc) - this includes a basic technical familiarity, understanding of their business, and deep understanding of their value props
- Experience with app ecosystems and creating joint value propositions with partners
- Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging to technical and financial professionals including CFOs, Controllers, and Procurement leaders
- Experience working with data teams to measure and track performance of campaigns and GTM activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to take complex, technical concepts and distill them into digestible, relatable, and easy-to understand writing
- Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups
- Experience in solutions engineering, partner marketing, or sales
