We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Partnerships Manager to join our team at PolyAI. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic alliances in the US healthcare sector.

You will define and implement compelling strategies to form strategic alliances in the US healthcare sector, covering all aspects of partner development. This includes partner identification, recruitment, relationship building, developing joint value propositions and assessing technical requirements. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, solutions consulting and engineering teams to align internal stakeholders and execute on the alliance opportunity.

You will establish strong executive relationships with industry thought leaders and key alliance partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will develop a meticulous operational cadence backed by strong individual initiative, with a keen eye on qualifying conversations, moving opportunities forward and identifying opportunities to accelerate through escalation or other means.

We offer a competitive salary of $157,500 - $168,000, with an OTE of $218,000. Benefits include:
