Job Overview

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, proficiency with the Paylocity platform, and strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees using the Paylocity platform.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
* Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
* Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
