Culinary Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, the Culinary Operations Manager will play a vital role in shaping the culinary experience for our guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all kitchen operations and lead a team of dedicated chefs and cooks.
Key Responsibilities
• Train and manage kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, ensuring seamless execution of menus and recipes
• Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase supplies as needed
• Develop and standardize production recipes to maintain consistent quality
• Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, planning and pricing menus accordingly
• Oversee special catering events and offer culinary instruction/demonstrations when required
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably with a culinary degree or equivalent education
• Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices, with experiential management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
