Job Title: Bilingual Shipping

QPS Employment Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Shipping professional to join our team in Waukesha, WI. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Receive and store goods in a timely and accurate manner
  • Inspect and sanitize received trailers to ensure quality control
  • Set up shipments with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
  • Load and ship goods efficiently
  • Verify the identity of individuals entering the shipping/receiving dock door
  • Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for product rotation
  • Accurately complete and store paperwork and records
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks
Requirements:
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective reading and writing skills in English
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Ability to work in a warm environment
