Job Summary:

KHS USA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage and retrieval of materials and parts in our stockroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Manually pull parts from stockroom for daily production requirements and assemble parts in kit form for delivery to the production floor.
  • Support lead production personnel in requests for parts in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Move pallets in the warehouse, pick parts out of pallet racking or off loads trucks using a powered industrial vehicle.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and record results accurately, inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
  • Retrieve customer orders from the Enterprise Resource Planning System, accurately picking correct parts from inventory and verifying quantity and part number.
  • Assemble parts for shipment, package parts selecting boxes, crates, and packing materials to ensure parts arrive undamaged, and create correct shipping labels and generate packing slips for invoicing.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities with other functions such as production, parts sales, production control, and purchasing.
  • Establish and maintain efficiencies in receiving, shipping, and work order picking, leading to improvements in on-time performance of departmental parts flow and services.
  • Work with department Director, Leads, and other KHS departmental personnel to identify and incorporate strategic initiatives to improve departmental work performance.
  • Create, improve, and maintain work instructions, lesson plans, tools, and/or system enhancements to drive improvements and team building.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three months of inventory/warehouse experience.
  • Ability to use an enterprise resource planning system.
