Director of Regional Field Applications

About the Job
">As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will lead our Field Applications Team in the North East Region, providing top-notch support, training, and consultancy to Oxford Nanopore customers.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for different customer segments to increase device utilization in the field.">
- Closely monitor Major/Strategic accounts with the FAS and Sales teams to ensure minimal downtime and timely product improvements.">
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by reviewing feedback and monitoring key performance indicators.">
- Communicate customer insights to internal teams for quick product enhancements.">
- Manage training workload and allocate trainings based on local team expertise and availability.">
- Recruit and onboard Field Applications Scientists to ensure optimal team performance.">
About You
">We are seeking a seasoned leader with a PhD degree in life sciences or an applicable area, or extensive experience in the field. You should have previous experience managing large regions, leading diverse teams, and commercial roles.
">Key qualifications include lab experience, sequencing market knowledge, CRM database skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong dedication to customer service, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
