Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, your primary duties will include maintaining cleanliness in guest accommodations and shared spaces while delivering exceptional service.

Your specific tasks will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms according to established protocols.
  • Changing bed linens and restocking supplies in guest rooms.
  • Ensuring rooms are left in a neat and orderly manner as per guidelines.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Returning lost items to the appropriate department and documenting findings.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in hallways and service areas.
  • Adhering to security protocols regarding access to guest rooms.
  • Preparing for the next shift by restocking supplies and organizing storage areas.
  • Communicating any unusual occurrences to supervisory staff.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
