Position Overview
$20.00 per hour

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring complete guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and secure environment in guest accommodations.

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service that aligns with the brand's standards and fosters genuine hospitality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms or suites, which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture as necessary.
  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Empty all waste containers and replace liners.
  • Restock essential items in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and paper products.
  • Ensure the proper disposal of trays, glassware, and silverware from guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways and exterior entry areas.
  • Organize and keep linen closets and supply areas tidy.
  • Promptly attend to guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests.
  • Report any maintenance issues or special requests from guests to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Secure all rooms upon exiting.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality housekeeping role.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to clean various room types and meet daily cleaning targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, and twist.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Additional Information

The hospitality industry operates 24/7, and associates may be required to adjust shifts and duties as needed.
