Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping Team members to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel
  • Basic English comprehension and conversation skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens
